Stirling’s Burn The Sunset have already shared stages with bands like Your Demise, While She Sleeps and Bleed Within so are happy up there with the big guns… a skill that might just come in useful as 2012 rolls around. Purveyors of blistering, rage-fuelled metallic hardcore, this five-piece have been honing their craft for a few years now, and the feral intensity of their live show reflects all their hard work. With their ‘Home’ debut garnering them admirers from far and wide, Burn The Sunset look ready to break out of their local scene and start exploring the rest of the UK, bringing the mosh to audiences nationwide. If songs like ‘The Change Of Times’ and ‘Lonely And Defeated’ are any indication, you’ll need to head down in a full set of armour to survive the experience without a concussion. Heavy stuff indeed.
