Exit Avenue ( ); Pop Punk has seen a great up rise in fortunes in recent times with band s like fall out boy and set your goals achieving a great deal of success both commercially and critically. This has in turn sparked a deluge of new bands entering the scene and Exit Avenue are certainly a part of this new wave of pop punk. Mixing up the traditional two-step sounds of pop punk with trancey synth lines and electronic beats. The songs sparkle with youthful exuberance helped by the great vocal delivery of front man Neil, and the bouncy riffs supplied by guitarist Nick,. This music is fun, upbeat and danceable. Throw in some gang vocals, and catch as hell melodies then this band are on to a winner. This is Pop-Punk / Electro at its finest and well worth a listen whether you fall on either side of those genres.
