Download Festival organisers stepped it up with a surprise announcement of six new acts to the rock and metal extraveganza in June. In the latest batch, organisers confirmed the following additions to the bill:-

Killswitch Engage
NOFX
Black Veil Brides
Nightwish
Shinedown
Opeth

Day tickets have just been released and more details are available from www.downloadfestival.co.uk
