It also raised our interest enough to check out these boys to see what they’re all about. Well, chunky death metal is the order of the day here. Think Swedish groove-metal meets American sledgehammer death metal and you’re on fairly close to the mark. While many bands have done this before, the Deicide-esque vocals and full throttle rage of this band ensure that they’ll be a winner when it comes to the death metal scene. Couple that with the moshier parts of their death metal carnage along with the notoriety of having a video banned by the only proper metal program on mainstream TV and that makes their debut album, Resurrection Through Fire, an almost essential purchase.
